Tomato juice

Vegetable juice

Juice made from carrots, celery and parsley

Blend exactly 200 grams of carrots, 30 grams of beet sugar, 100 grams of celery, and finally 20 grams of parsley. After blending the ingredients, mix the juice again and drink it before breakfast and mid-morning. This juice has a rejuvenating effect and completes the liver: it protects and stimulates it to eliminate in a simple and fast for harmful substances body.

Cabbage juice

This wonderful mix is a powerful laxative, suitable in cases of constipation sudden. Cook nine or ten plums in water mineral, until obtaining thick syrup. A spoonful of toasted seeds of fennel and then chop until a powder. Stir the ingredients and put them in the blender. Once smoothies, store the juice in the refrigerator to cool it. When it is completely cooled, drink it before breakfast.
