Lemon, honey and ginger for colds and sore throats

How to prepare the lemon syrup, honey and ginger

To prepare the syrup you need:

  • 1 of sterilized glass jar with airtight
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 4 fruits of star anise
  • Ginger
  • Honey to taste

Firstly, you must wash the lemon and cut it into thin slices, depriving it of the seeds but do not peel (which is why you need to choose an organic lemon), success ambivalent you pass fresh ginger that is peeled and also cut the thin slices.

If necessary when you want to get some relief from colds and sore throats just dissolve a teaspoon of lemon-based remedy, ginger and star anise, which is kept in the refrigerator for a month.
