There are ways to keep yourself safe, healthy and performing at your peak ability while away from home.

Budgets for students are limited, but you shouldn’t sacrifice a healthy diet in order to spend money on other things. Partying is probably at the top of your to do list. Rest is important for your body and mind, since it is a time of recuperation. You will feel tired if you do not get enough sleep. Your immune system is also vulnerable to viruses. You want to have a good time while getting good grades. Don’t undervalue the power of a good night’s sleep.
