This article is about medicinal herbs/remedies, which can help with a Kratom withdrawal opioids withdrawal. Opioids (kratom) can cause a very unpleasant withdrawal when taken over an extended period of time. Although the cold withdrawal is not fatal in itself, even of high-potency opioids, it can lead to life-threatening complications, if other diseases exist.

The withdrawal of Kratom opioids removes a lot of energy from the body and is very stressful for the mind. Opioids/opiates have an antiadrenergic effect, thus suppressing norepinephrine. The body responds to opioid withdrawal by increasing norepinephrine production to maintain the natural balance in the organism. If the opioid/opiate is now discontinued and is no longer delivered to the body, norepinephrine production remains elevated for a period of time, which leads to some very unpleasant symptoms.

The Kratom for opiate withdrawal may need high doses of alternative, so it is better to carry out under medical supervision. Only minor opioid dependencies can be eliminated at home, such as the prolonged daily use of Kratom.

1) Valerian

Valerian is one of the most popular medicinal herbs for sleep disorders and anxiety. It has a sedative and soothing effect, as well as a little anxiety. This plant is either dried, as a ready-made preparation or in tea mixtures. Valerian can be blended perfectly with other soothing or frightening medicinal plants such as Passion Flower, Mulungu or Melissa.

Popular is the valerian tea, which tastes pleasant and, when it is highly dosed has a good sleep-promoting effect. For Kratom withdrawal with good sleep is a real treat, best daily in the evening a cup with 3-7g dried valerian cook and drink. Alternatively, you can also take Valerian capsules, which usually do not contain as much active ingredient as a strong tea.

2) St. John’s Wort

Poor mood and depression can be one of the worst symptoms of opioid withdrawal. The deceased may feel that it is hopeless and a life without opioids would not work. To avoid this (or at least to alleviate it), there are various medicinal herbs that have an antidepressant effect.

The St. John’s Wort is one of the most famous antidepressant plants, whose anti-depressive effect has also been scientifically proven. So St John’s Wort helps against depressive moods, you have to take it for 2-6 weeks daily, so you should begin the intake accordingly before the Kratom withdrawal.

The daily dose should be about 3-10g, in a cup 3-5g St John’s Wort “fit”. It is important to note that Kratom withdrawal is slightly shorter when taking St. John’s wort, as St. John’s wort influences the same enzyme, which is also affected by grapefruit juice.

In the case of the latter juice, the action of the opioids is intensified, whereas in St John’s wort the opposite is obtained. The withdrawal of the Kratom begins according to reports, for example, after 12 hours instead of 24 hours, when St. John’s Wort is consumed!

Consumption can be the cooking of a lavender tea (very good in combination with balm and valerian) or even the smell of lavender!

It is confirmed that even the smell of lavender is frightening and slightly antidepressant, which is why lavender air cushions, which are briefly heated in the microwave, are very suitable.

4) Sakae Naa

Sakae Naa is a medicinal herb used in Asia as a Kratom (Mitragyna sepciosa) substitute. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and also slightly stimulating.

In Chinese medicine, combretum quadrangular is also used against colds, so it is also well suited to cushion the opioid withdrawal.

Sakae Naa is not soothing and sedative but more stimulating and energizing. It is, therefore, best taken in the morning or at noon. You take about 10-15g of dried plant material per cup of tea, alternatively, you can also consume extract.
